Leads the academy with a strong focus on player development, discipline, and values. Committed to providing a safe, structured, and positive environment where players grow both as athletes and individuals.

CO-DIRECTOR / MARKETING OWNER

Oscar Duran Jr

Supports academy operations and long-term vision while managing marketing and communication. Focused on transparency, organization, and building strong relationships with families and partners.

SOCIAL MEDIA OWNER

Sharon Vargas

Manages the academy’s social media presence and online engagement. Passionate about showcasing player development, training sessions, and academy culture.

CR/USA INTERSHIP OWNER

Laura Delgado

Oversees the Costa Rica–USA internship program. Dedicated to creating safe, well-organized international opportunities focused on the experience, development, and cultural exchange.

VIDEO DESIGNER / PHOTOGRAPHER

Analaura Duran

Documents training sessions, matches, and special events. Provides high-quality visual content so families can follow their player’s progress and experiences.
